Minutes of VMC meeting

 

1.      Approval of Budget of V.V.N. 2008-09.

-                     The Budget proposal for 2008-09 of VVN account was presented in the last VMC meeting held on 30.07.2009 the committee raised certain quarries and it was decided in the next VMC meeting. The budget proposal in the next VMC meeting. The budget proposal for the year 2008-09 for Rs 44,23,332/- is presented for approval are re-appropriation on the basis of expenditure upto January’2009 is presented for Rs 48,63,332/-

 

2.      Implementation of VI pay commission.

-                     The implementation of VI pay commission. The VI pay commission of employee of KVS has been implemented w.e.f. 01.01.2006 the arrear in respect of the teachers enroll/ teachers who served in this KV but transferred to other/ teachers retired from service for the period 01.01.2006 to 31.08.2008 has been workout to Rs 1.7 Crs nearly 40% of this are supposed to be paid during this financial and 60% in coming financial year the proposed was submitted to the Chairman VMC for needful action the regular payment of the salary has also increased nearly 13 Lacs to 20 Lacs approximately per month, i.e. the salary increased 7 lacs per month for September’2008 to February’2009 the addition increase in the salary head of Rs 42 Lacs which has not been projected to ONGC for this financial year.

 

3.      Condemnation of Computers & Peripherals purchased by KV, ONGC.

 

-                     Computer and its peripherals worth Rs 2,11,392/- were provided by the ONGC to this Vidyalaya during the year 1997 (List enclosed Annexure A). the configuration of the computer are very old and now lying unserviceable as the same are beyond economical repair. The ONGC authorities are requested to write off the cost of the computer from the ONGC capital account and dispose off the either condemned computer articles or permit to dispose off the articles by following the prescribed procedure.

 

4.      Condemnation of Furniture articles purchased by ONGC.

-           Some furniture articles provided by the ONGC  since 1981 to 1993 have been broken and become unserviceable and are beyond economical repair. The list of furniture articles are enclosed herewith Annexure A needs to be condemned as the same are lying in the open space in the Vidyalaya premises due to shortage of  covered space.  Hence proposed for condemnation. The ONGC authorities are requested write off the cost of the articles mentioned in the Annexure-A from the capital account of ONGC and dispose off the condemned articles or permit to Vidyalaya to dispose off the articles following by the prescribed procedure after condemnation.

 

 

5.    Amendment in Admission policy.

-           The Admission policy has been amended and upper class limit for I to V is 35 VI to VIII- 40 IX to XII- 45 any special provision are to be accommodated in this limit to 10 seats are allotted to each section for special provision 5 seats on earmarked for the employee at I category children to be admitted in case parents comes on transfer the present enrolment in class II to VIII is above 40 and this it may not be possible to sanction fresh admission in class II to VIII during academic session the management committee should take up the case as a special case and represent KVS to make some provision specially for this KV for admission exceeding the upper limit.
